Short bio

Michele Crivellari was born in Trento, Italy, in 1976. He received a Bachelor degree in physics from the University of Trento in 1999. February 2001 he joined FBK, Microtechnology Laboratory, Trento, Italy, and since 2010 he is coordinating the MEMS fabrication Area. His main activity focused on microfabrication process development, MEMS sensor engineering and their realization.
